Zircon Sand

The zircon sand is mineral mainly containing ZrSiO4. The pure zircon sand is a kind of colorless a transparent crystal and shows different colors such as yellow, orange, red and brown due to different origins, types of impurities and content, and also coexists in beach sand with ilmenite, rutile,monazite, etc. The zircon sand can be separated by beneficiation process.

Zirconium Silicate

The zirconium silicate is non-toxic, tasteless, white or off-white powder, made of high-piirity zircon sand concentrates by process of ultra-thin crushing, iron removal, titanium processings surface modification, etc., and is a good-quality and cheap opacifier, whitening agent, permeability- reducing agent and stabilizing agent of ceramic glaze.

Zircon Flour

　The zircon flour is manufactured by grinding natural high-purity zircon sand concentrates and is a ceramic glaze additive with the granularity greater than that of zirconium silicate.

Titanium Concentrate

The titanium concentrate generally refers to ilmenite and can be divided into two types, namely rock and placer according to the cause of formation.

Rutile

The rutile is one of main titanium-contained minerals，and the TiO2 content is over 90% in general. The rutile is obtained from gneiss, pegmatite, eclogite and placers. Our company mainly sells placer products.

Monazite

The monazite is brownish red, yellow or green with greasy luster or glass luster. It is crisp, with hardness of 5 to 5.5 and density of 4.9 to 5.5g/cm3,and it is radioactive because it generally contains uranium, thorium and radium.

The zirconium silicate bead is manufactured by the process of molding in electrolyte and high-temperature roasting.
